She is responsible for the scope of entire projects, the project team, resources, project budget of projects.  She plans, organizes, and directs the completion of specific projects for Gonigs while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.

Her work as a consultant focuses on location data analytics and business intelligence. She optimizes business strategies by combining business and location intelligence to help companies gain a competitive edge in their markets. She assists organizations in generating value for their business planning and development efforts by using location-based market intelligence strategies to make informed decisions. To provide meaningful market insights, she uses tools such as GIS, R, Python, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau for spatial and statistical analysis. She analyzes and visualizes a combination of consumer behavior, business competitor activities, demographic characteristics, traffic, environmental, and geospatial (location) data to provide strategic insights on prime business locations as a competitive strategy.
